Jeffery E. Pratt

Mr. Jeffery E. Pratt joined Thomas J. Henry Law in 2016, representing clients out of the firm’s Corpus Christi office. Mr. Pratt brings 32 years of experience in handling personal injury cases through the litigation and trial process.

A dedicated advocate for his severely injured clients, Mr. Pratt has tried dozens of personal injury cases to jury verdict. Mr. Pratt incorporates proven, unique, and innovative litigation and research techniques to develop and implement the strategic and aggressive representation of his clients.
Mr. Pratt attended the University of South Florida prior to receiving his law degree at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. Pratt worked his way through both college and law school.

The majority of Mr. Pratt’s trial experience has been in successfully representing clients in the areas of all types of motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and workers compensation. While no two cases are identical, Mr. Pratt’s firm belief remains that client involvement and counseling on a regular basis in conjunction with systematic case management between the attorney, support staff, and the client create a solid foundation for the successful resolution of each and every case. Mr. Pratt is personally and intricately involved in each and every client’s case and unique circumstances, thoroughly examining and evaluating every page of records and other documentation relevant to the case, initiating client meetings to discuss the progress of the case, and educating the client and keeping them informed as the case progresses toward final resolution.

While Mr. Pratt cannot guarantee the outcome of any case or trial, he can personally guarantee that each case entrusted to him will receive his personal and thorough attention and best efforts. Mr. Pratt is licensed to practice law in Texas. Mr. Pratt represents clients involved in auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle accidents, product liability accidents, medical malpractice claims, workplace accidents, and wrongful death litigation.
